Used. Other than some small cosmetic scratches on the underside, it's practically new. Comes preloaded with a small but modest rom set with games as late as GBA. **NOTE** You MUST use a charging brick with fast charge or else it will not charge AT ALL. This is a known issue for these handheld. Unit comes with 2 micro SD cards which hold the operating system and games. Fully upgradable and customizable if you do some research on it. (Retro Game Corps has an informative YT video on just that thing.) NO RETURNS. Tested before I posted this.
